Using sharksmm.in in any way means you agree to these terms, even if you did not read them fully.

We update these terms sometimes. Using the site after an update means you accept the new version.

You must be 18 or older. If younger, please ask a parent or guardian first.

sharksmm.in helps you grow on social media, followers, likes, views, comments, subscribers, watch hours and more.

These are promotional services, so the accounts behind them may not look like normal user profiles.

We are independent, with no link to Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, or anyone else. What they do with your account is their call, not ours.

We may add, change, or stop any service at any time.

We accept all UPI apps, bank transfer, cards, crypto, and JazzCash. Top up your wallet any way you like.

Live prices are on sharksmm.in/services. They can change without notice, so check the current rate before ordering.

A few rules for every order.

• Keep your account and post public before ordering, and unhide any like or view counts.
• One order per link at a time. Let it finish before ordering again on the same link.
• Once placed, an order cannot be changed or cancelled, unless something goes wrong on our side.
• If you go private or delete the post during an order, it may show as Completed without proper delivery, and no refund. Keep everything public till it is done.
• Do not change your username, handle, or link during delivery. It breaks the order, no refund.
• Check your link before ordering. A wrong link may get cancelled, and refunds depend on the service, so read its description.
• Pick the right service. If you order the wrong one and it is delivered correctly, no refund, so read the name and description first.
• Each service lists its start time, speed, and refill window in its description. Read it before ordering.
• Results can vary between services, so try a small order first.
• We may cancel or refuse any order, for example an unsafe link or a service that is down. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

These are not allowed. Break this and your account is suspended for good, no refund.

• Adult or sexually explicit content
• Hate speech, threats, or anything targeting a community
• Political or religious content that could stir up trouble
• Fake news, misleading info, or scams
• Anything illegal under Indian law

Followers or views dropped after delivery? You may get a refill. Here is how.

• Your account is still public and the username is untouched
• The drop is more than 5% of what we delivered
• Your order was at least 20% of your current follower or view count
• You are within the refill window listed for that service

• You changed your username or went private after ordering
• You ran the same order through another provider too
• The drop is from older followers that were not part of our order
• You ordered too little, like 5,000 on a 1M account

Wallet money does not go back to your bank. Refunds go to your sharksmm.in wallet.

• If your order says Cancelled, the refund is already in your wallet. That is your confirmation.
• If it says Completed, no refund, even with a wrong link. For small orders, we still try a manual refund as goodwill.
• Automatic refunds are instant. Manual refunds take 12 to 24 hours, sometimes a few days.
• See every refund and payment in the Transactions tab, near the bottom of the Add Funds page.
• Never open a chargeback or bank dispute. That means instant, permanent suspension.

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. They depend on server load, platform changes, or the service type.

We may change the delivery source or method to complete your order. The quantity stays the same, and it is not a refund reason.

These will get your account permanently suspended:

• Abusing, threatening, or harassing our support team
• Trying to cheat the system or mess with orders
• Filing fake chargebacks or payment disputes
• Making a new account after a ban

Think it was a mistake? Contact us within 7 days with your username and details. We will review and reply, and our decision is final.

We only collect what we need: your order link, email and phone, and for payments, the payment owner name and transaction details. Nothing more.

Your data is stored safely in India. We never sell, share, or misuse it.

We keep your data only as long as needed for your orders and legal requirements, then remove it.

sharksmm.in runs under Indian law, including the Information Technology Act 2000, Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and Consumer Protection Rules 2020.

We are not responsible for bans, content removal, shadowbans, demonetization, or any platform penalty from using our services. Use the platform at your own risk.

You must follow each platform's own rules. If a platform acts on your account for using promotional services, that is on you, not us.

If something goes wrong, the most we owe is the amount you paid for that order, nothing more.

We are not liable for delays from things outside our control, like platform outages, server downtime, or internet problems.

If your use of our services ever leads to a claim, loss, or legal issue against us, you agree to cover it.

We boost your numbers, but cannot promise specific results like going viral or an exact follower count. That depends on things outside our control.

Do not pass off promoted followers or engagement as organic, especially in brand deals. That is legally your responsibility.

Any dispute related to our services will be handled under Indian law, in the courts of Nagaon, Assam.

If any part of these terms is invalid, the rest still applies.
